◎ After manufacture procedure, all our products will replace into the solution treatment oven (as the photo on right) for the next stage. After solution treatment, will go through lathe and scouring process to be finished products.
◎The purpose of 沃斯田鐵系 stainless steel using the solution treatment procedure system are as following:
• Solution the cr carbide
• Recrystallizaion and softening
• Keep the best resist corrosiveness situation
• Abscission internal stress .
Stainless steel pipe fitting is produce by the Stainless Steel Sheet or Stainless Steel Coils. During the process, it needs to be compressed and bended. Therefore, pipe fitting will account for internal stress, coarsening, hardening, etc. which will effect on the mechanical quality of pipe fitting. After manufacture procedure, all our products will replace into the solution treatment oven (as the photo on right) for the next stage. After solution treatment, will go through lathe and scouring process to be finished products. The cooling system is designed to be D 5 meters × L 4 meters × W 2.5 meters and The total cooling water contain for 50 tons. It also provide the circulating cooling which will keep the cooling water in the temperature between 20℃ ~ 25 ℃ (if cooling water is over 30 ℃ , it will slow down the cool down speed ) to ensure the cooling request for the procedure of solution treatment.
沃斯田鐵系 stainless steel will rapidly cool down to the temperature between 850 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ which will easy to precipitation the carbide. The solution treatment will keep the temperature at between 1050 ℃ ~ 1080 ℃ which will calefaction to be the steel alloy element. After the above process, it will keep in constant temperature to be 2.5m in/mm. Finally, rapidly cool down will be done to stop the precipitation.
